Join Lonza as a Facilities Engineering Manager and spearhead the operational excellence of our Singapore facility. In this pivotal role, you'll lead cross-functional teams to ensure site safety, reliability, and optimal performance. You'll develop and implement strategic facility management plans, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee critical infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, and utilities systems. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and safety teams to maintain regulatory compliance while optimizing resource allocation. - Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary facilities engineering team
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for facility systems
- Oversee capital projects and facility infrastructure upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage facility budgets and resource allocation
- Implement sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency measures
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and business continuity plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in facilities management with 3+ years leadership experience
- Professional certification (e.g., CFM, PMP, or PE) preferred
- Strong knowledge of GMP/cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards
- Experience with CMMS systems and facility management software
- Proven track record in budget management and project execution
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
