Join Systems on Silicon Manufacturing (SSMC), a leading semiconductor manufacturer and joint venture between NXP and TSMC, as a Facilities Gas & Chemical Engineer. This critical role ensures the safe, efficient operation of gas and chemical systems in our advanced fabrication facility. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure that supports cutting-edge semiconductor production while maintaining stringent safety and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize facility performance, troubleshoot complex systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain gas and chemical distribution systems in semiconductor fabrication facilities
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEA, and industry safety standards for hazardous materials
- Conduct risk assessments and develop emergency response protocols for gas/chemical systems
- Optimize facility operations through preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with engineering teams on capital projects and system upgrades
- Manage vendor relationships and technical specifications for equipment procurement
- Develop SOPs and training materials for safe chemical/gas handling procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in gas/chemical systems within semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor facility utilities (bulk gases, chemicals, ultrapure water)
- Certification in industrial safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEA)
- Experience with CAD/BIM software and facility modeling tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex mechanical systems
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication abilities
