Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day facility maintenance activities to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Manage external contractors and service providers, monitoring work quality and adherence to schedules.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Support the EHS team in implementing and enforcing workplace safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and logs for all maintenance works, inventory, and equipment servicing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule repairs with minimal disruption to manufacturing output.
- Prepare weekly status reports on facility conditions and budget tracking for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility maintenance or plant operations, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations (WSH) in Singapore.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and contractor teams effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with personnel at all levels.
- Proactive, hands-on, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
