Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Manage facility improvement projects and coordinate with contractors as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvement measures
- Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance engineering
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment maintenance procedures
- Experience with preventive maintenance planning and implementation
- Problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools
- Certification in facility management or maintenance is preferred
