Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all facility maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and repairs
- Investigate facility issues, determine root causes, and implement effective solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and facility management software
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications in facilities management or maintenance preferred
