Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence? OCS is seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Planner to join our growing team in Paranaque City. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our maintenance strategy, ensuring that our facilities operate at peak efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance.
As our Facilities Maintenance Planner, you will bridge the gap between reactive repairs and proactive planning. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive maintenance schedules, managing work orders, and coordinating technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all facility assets.
- Coordinate Corrective Maintenance (CM) activities, ensuring swift resolution of equipment failures to minimize downtime.
- Track and monitor maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all maintenance operations comply with local safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and labor allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to prioritize tasks and manage facility upgrades or repairs.
- Analyze maintenance trends to identify recurring issues and propose long-term technical solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in facilities maintenance planning or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and scheduling software.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of OHSAS or ISO standards related to facility operations and safety is highly preferred.
