Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive daily maintenance schedules for facility infrastructure and production equipment.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system issues.
- Strictly adhere to and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance inspections to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Supervise onsite contractors and ensure all facility projects meet company standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Analyze equipment performance data to recommend upgrades or cost-saving improvements.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and technical logs in the facility management system.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls to restore operations immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, preferably within a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing setting.
- Strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical distribution, and building management systems (BMS).
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency in using maintenance diagnostic tools and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior technicians.
- Ability to work shifts or on-call rotations if required to support 24/7 operations.
