Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building facilities and critical utility systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption data to drive efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repair works and facility upgrades.
- Ensure all facility operations comply with local safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly to technical emergencies and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on facility performance, maintenance schedules, and budget utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and plant utilities.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
