This is not a desk-bound administrative role; we are looking for a boots-on-the-ground professional who takes complete ownership of our workplace ecosystem.
As our Facilities Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our site, ensuring that every system, safety protocol, and physical infrastructure element is operating at peak performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily onsite inspections to monitor infrastructure health, safety compliance, and general site cleanliness.
- Manage end-to-end maintenance workflows, including HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing for our Cebu facilities.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely repairs and cost-effective facility upgrades.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health and safety standards across all active work zones.
- Manage the facility budget, including procurement of office equipment, supplies, and maintenance materials.
- Oversee emergency response protocols and serve as the primary point of contact for site-related incidents.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifecycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a fast-paced BPO or industrial environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve physical facility issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and external vendors.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working without constant supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management software/CMMS.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support operational requirements.
