- Oversee daily building operations, including maintenance, security, and space management
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure facility systems operate efficiently
- Manage facility budgets, including vendor contracts, procurement, and expense control
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, renovations, and special projects
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and operational costs
- Manage emergency response protocols and business continuity planning
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or building operations
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
- Proven experience in budget management and financial planning for facilities
- Certification in facilities management (such as CFM, SFP, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with facility management software and building automation systems
