Join STMicroelectronics as a Facilities Manager (Electrical) and be the driving force behind our operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Facilities Director, overseeing the lifecycle management of critical electrical systems across our high-tech manufacturing campus. You will ensure operational continuity, drive capital improvement projects, and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Electrical System Oversight: Manage the design, installation, and maintenance of high-voltage distribution, backup power systems, lighting, and general electrical infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
- Capital Project Management: Lead major electrical upgrades and retrofits from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and fully compliant with local safety regulations.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to minimize risks, ensuring strict adherence to NEA and WSH safety standards and maintaining a zero-accident environment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise a team of electrical technicians and contractors, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external electrical contractors and service providers to ensure quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical schematics, maintenance logs, and asset inventories using CMMS systems.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, specifically focused on electrical systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical codes, circuit protection, power distribution, and safety regulations in Singapore.
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing capital expenditure projects, including budgeting and timeline management.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a technical workforce effectively.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and CAD software.
