WGT Group is urgently looking for a dedicated Facilities Manager to lead our facility operations in the Central Region. This position requires a versatile professional capable of managing the complex interplay between hard services (mechanical, electrical, and structural maintenance) and soft services (cleaning, landscaping, and concierge operations). You will be tasked with ensuring that our properties remain operational, safe, and aesthetically pleasing at all times. Your role will involve strategic planning, vendor management, and hands-on supervision to maintain high service standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring optimal performance of both hard and soft services.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
- Monitor and control the facility budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness in procurement and operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and train the facilities team to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing both hard and soft services in a commercial or residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and facility management software.
- Valid work pass for Singapore (if applicable).
