Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, utilities, and space management
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Coordinate vendor contracts and manage service providers for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespans
- Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational cost efficiency
- Lead emergency response protocols and crisis management procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and prepare comprehensive facility reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support departmental facility needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in facilities management or property operations
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety standards
- Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or related professional designation preferred
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, FM:Systems)
- Excellent budget management and vendor negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
