Wullersdorf Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive and highly skilled Facilities Manager / Site Manager to join our dynamic team in Tawau, Sabah. In this pivotal leadership role, you will act as a key support to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, ensuring the seamless execution of daily engineering and facility operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facility operations to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
- Provide direct support to the GM/AGM in strategic site planning and execution of engineering projects.
- Coordinate with technical teams to perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on critical infrastructure.
- Ensure full compliance with local Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and environmental regulations.
- Monitor site budgets, manage vendor relationships, and oversee procurement of essential engineering supplies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance and minimize operational downtime.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and performance metrics for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related Facilities Management qualification.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility management or site engineering roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in engineering software and site management systems.
- Solid knowledge of statutory requirements and safety regulations in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Tawau, Sabah.
