Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and industrial equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance and performance optimization of facility machinery
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures to minimize production downtime
- Develop and implement energy conservation initiatives for facility systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance projects
- Prepare technical documentation including schematics and maintenance reports
- Support facility expansion projects through mechanical system integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or mechanical engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, pneumatics, and industrial machinery
- Proficiency in CAD software and facility management systems
- Certification in mechanical engineering or facilities management preferred
- Experience in semiconductor or cleanroom environments advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and project management skills
