We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities, Procurement & Logistics Supervisor to oversee the seamless operation of our head office in Alabang. This critical role requires a dynamic professional who can efficiently manage day-to-day facilities support, procurement activities, vendor coordination, and logistics requirements. As the Facilities, Procurement & Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly, creating a productive and comfortable work environment for all employees. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing processes, reducing costs, and maintaining high standards of service across all facilities and supply chain operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day facilities management, including maintenance, security, and office services
- Manage procurement processes, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and purchase order processing
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Handle logistics requirements, including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for facilities, procurement, and logistics operations
- Monitor and manage budgets for facilities, procurement, and logistics activities
- Supervise and mentor staff in the facilities, procurement, and logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, procurement, and logistics
- Strong vendor management skills with proven experience in negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory control, and supply chain management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in relevant software and ERP systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
