Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive facility project plans, ensuring timelines and budget targets are consistently met.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to oversee maintenance, upgrades, and renovation projects.
- Monitor facility performance and implement proactive strategies to ensure operational continuity and safety compliance.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including contract negotiations, vendor auditing, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and workplace health and safety.
- Prepare detailed reports on facility status, project milestones, and expenditure for senior management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workspace utilization and improve energy efficiency across the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or corporate project management roles.
- Strong technical understanding of building services, HVAC, MEP, and safety regulations within Singapore.
- Proven track record in managing third-party vendors and external contractors effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and building management systems (BMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure.
