About the Role:
As a Facilities & QA Technician, you will be the backbone of operational integrity. You will spend a portion of your week performing hands-on preventive and corrective maintenance of critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and the remainder conducting quality audits, product inspections, and documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on facility systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and final outputs.
- Troubleshoot facility equipment breakdowns and coordinate with external vendors for timely repairs.
- Document non-conformances, investigate root causes, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, calibration records, and QA documentation.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both areas.
- Support internal and external certification audits related to quality and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in facility maintenance or quality assurance roles.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 standards is highly advantageous.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Singaporean / PR preferred.
