Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for facility excellence? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Facilities Repair & Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Pasig City. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in ensuring our facilities operate at peak efficiency, safety, and aesthetic standards.
As our Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated maintenance team, manage preventative maintenance schedules, and act as the first point of contact for urgent facility repairs. We are looking for an individual who is not only technically proficient but also possesses the leadership skills to manage workflows, vendor relationships, and maintenance budgets effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily facility maintenance operations to ensure optimal building functionality.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works.
- Supervise on-site repairs and manage emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
- Oversee external contractors and vendors, ensuring work is completed to quality standards and within budget.
- Monitor facility health, safety, and compliance standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
- Manage maintenance inventory, procurement of supplies, and parts tracking.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Operations Manager regarding facility status and project updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or a related technical vocational field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex building issues and execute repair solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with management and external service providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software is highly desirable.
