- Oversee all daily office activities to ensure smooth operations and optimal facility performance
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards in compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects with vendors and contractors
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes efficiently
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain facility-related documentation and emergency response plans
- Optimize office space utilization and layout for maximum productivity and comfort
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably within BPO or tech industries
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations (OHS, DOLE, etc.)
- Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and stakeholder management
- Valid certification in facilities management or occupational safety is a plus
