As the Facilities Supervisor, you will lead maintenance initiatives, oversee facility staff, and manage critical vendor relationships. You will be responsible for the seamless operation of our physical assets, ensuring compliance with safety standards and maximizing the utility of our workspace. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day facility maintenance activities to ensure a safe and productive environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and schedule facility staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers, ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance contracts.
- Monitor facility assets and equipment, ensuring regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Manage workspace utilization and implement space planning strategies to meet evolving business needs.
- Enforce health, safety, and security protocols across the facility in accordance with local regulations.
- Prepare and manage facility reports, including budget tracking and operational cost analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities supervision or property management, preferably in a BPO or corporate setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and facility operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of technicians and support staff.
- Proficient in coordinating third-party vendors and managing service-level agreements.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by facility operational needs.
