Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily facility operations to ensure optimal functionality of building systems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, ensuring adherence to local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate office space planning, renovations, and equipment installations.
- Monitor facility expenses and manage budget allocations for repairs and maintenance projects.
- Prepare detailed reports on facility performance, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil), Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management or property maintenance supervision.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage external contractors effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in computer-aided facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in an urgent environment.
- Valid professional license (e.g., Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer) is a significant advantage.
