- Oversee daily facilities operations and maintenance activities
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment longevity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate facility renovations, repairs, and emergency response
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
- Monitor facility budgets and control operational expenses
- Prepare comprehensive reports on facility performance and maintenance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities supervision or maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in Facilities Management (preferred)
