Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all cooperative facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure operational continuity.
- Manage, train, and supervise a team of maintenance staff and external contractors.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and health standards.
- Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity) and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify hazards and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and service agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities supervision or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a maintenance team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Knowledge of local regulations in Cagayan province.
