Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Manage maintenance budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, fire safety, and environmental regulations
- Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and service technicians
- Conduct regular facility inspections and implement corrective actions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in facilities supervision or maintenance management
- Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM) or trade licenses preferred
- Proven expertise in budget management and cost-control strategies
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (OSHA, NFPA, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in CMMS software and maintenance management tools

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
