As a senior-level Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure systems within our semiconductor facility. Your expertise will ensure that our production environments remain stable, safe, and efficient. You will work on a variety of systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, life safety, and specialized semiconductor equipment support. This role requires a proactive mindset, technical precision, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure to minimize downtime.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct complex preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Monitor and optimize Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure peak operational efficiency.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical facility equipment to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and facility upgrades.
- Ensure strict compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols and ISO standards.
- Perform regular inspections of cleanrooms and specialized lab environments to maintain strict atmospheric requirements.
- Support energy conservation initiatives and sustainability projects across the site.
- Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance logs in the CMMS system.
Kualifikasi
- Technical degree or Vocational Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial HVAC, UPS systems, and power distribution.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Availability to work flexible shifts or on-call rotations as required by facility needs.
