Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Respond to urgent facility requests and troubleshoot technical issues
- Install, assemble, and modify equipment based on departmental requirements
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards
- Manage maintenance schedules and document all repair activities
- Collaborate with contractors for specialized projects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in building maintenance or technician role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Valid certification in relevant trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing) preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
