In this hands-on role, you'll ensure the seamless operation of commercial properties by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining critical building systems. Your expertise will cover HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural components, and groundskeeping across multiple sites. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs on facility infrastructure and equipment
- Coordinate emergency maintenance responses and ensure timely resolution of operational disruptions
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracted maintenance services
- Document maintenance activities, prepare reports, and maintain asset records
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Support sustainability initiatives through energy-efficient maintenance practices
- Assist in property improvement projects and system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Technical certification in facilities maintenance, HVAC, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial property maintenance
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management
- Valid certification in HVAC, electrical work, or refrigeration (highly desirable)
- Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for coordinating with contractors and stakeholders
