As a Facilities Technician, you will be the first point of contact for any facility-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our operations. You will work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective maintenance solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate building management systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing).
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failure.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repairs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and facility audits.
- Manage and inventory maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Assist in minor renovation projects and facility upgrades.
- Document all maintenance activities and work orders accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of general building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
