Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption through efficient system operation and retrofits
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests with prompt troubleshooting and resolution
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate facility improvement projects
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory documentation
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce facility carbon footprint
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in commercial/industrial facility maintenance
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient systems and sustainable practices
- Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or facility management preferred
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Familiarity with building automation systems and energy management software
- Valid electrical/mechanical trade license or relevant technical certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for emergency coverage
