Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building infrastructure.
- Respond to and resolve emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct daily inspections of building systems and grounds to ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or services.
- Assist in capital improvement projects and facility upgrades as assigned by management.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders in the CMMS system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in facilities maintenance, building services, or a similar technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills regarding HVAC, electrical circuits, and basic mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle shift work if required.
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach to internal and external interactions.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Valid driver's license is an added advantage.
