Join TOMORO Coffee's dynamic team as a Facilities Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our premium coffee experience. As a key member of our operations, you'll ensure all specialized food and beverage equipment operates flawlessly, from espresso machines to brewing systems. This hands-on position requires technical expertise to install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment while adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards. You'll collaborate with baristas and managers to minimize downtime, optimize performance, and maintain the highest quality standards that define TOMORO Coffee. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence in our bustling Bonifacio Global City locations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain specialized coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize equipment downtime
- Diagnose technical issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer schematics
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics
- Collaborate with operations team to resolve equipment-related disruptions
- Stay updated on emerging beverage technology and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as Facilities Technician or similar role in F&B industry
- Technical certification in equipment maintenance or electronics (preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with coffee machine brands and technologies
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
