Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS systems and prepare status reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility improvement projects
- Ensure adherence to environmental health and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and plumbing infrastructure
- Certification in OHS standards (e.g., WSH Singapore) preferred
- Proficiency with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
