Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of building systems including doors, plumbing, lighting, elevators, and HVAC
- Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards and equipment malfunctions
- Manage painting, carpentry, and gardening tasks to maintain facility aesthetics
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and system upgrades
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation
- Implement emergency response protocols for facility-related incidents
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's building safety codes and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- NITEC/Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial or industrial building maintenance
- Certification in HVAC systems, electrical work, or plumbing preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and structural systems
- Valid Class 3 driving license (for facility transport needs)
- Basic knowledge of Singapore building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple maintenance tasks
