Are you a skilled technical professional looking for a rewarding opportunity in facility management? We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician with a valid Chargeman A0 or PW4 Certificate to join our team in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be the linchpin of our factory operations, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient maintenance of all building systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will directly impact our production uptime and the safety of our workplace.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of factory facilities to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate.
- Respond swiftly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Manage inventory for maintenance tools and spare parts, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve facility efficiency and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Chargeman A0 or PW4 Certificate.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or engineering within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical wiring, circuit diagrams, and basic mechanical principles.
- Ability to read, interpret, and utilize technical drawings and blueprints effectively.
- Valid Class 3 or Class 3B Driving License is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
