Join StaffKing Pte Ltd as a Facilities Technician specializing in electrical systems and ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) equipment. We're seeking 5 skilled professionals to maintain operational excellence across commercial and industrial facilities in Singapore's Central Region. This full-time role offers a competitive salary package starting from $2,500 to $3,500 monthly, inclusive of overtime opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, HVAC units, and ACMV equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Install, calibrate, and commission new mechanical and electrical systems
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for project implementations
- Operate company vehicles for site visits and equipment transport
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 driving license (mandatory)
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, AC systems, and control panels
- Certification in ACMV or refrigeration systems preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Basic computer literacy for reporting systems
