You will support building operations by conducting routine maintenance, managing external contractors, and troubleshooting M&E systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on M&E systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC components.
- Coordinate, supervise, and manage external contractors and vendors for facility upgrades and scheduled maintenance.
- Monitor building systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Respond promptly to work orders and emergency breakdowns within the Jurong Island and Bukom areas.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and facility audits to identify potential risks or maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and work orders.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant trade certificate or diploma in Facilities Management, M&E Engineering, or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
- Valid Singaporean Work Permit or Citizenship (depending on local labor requirements).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex facility issues.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with contractors and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently in an industrial environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Valid Class 3B Driving License is highly preferred for site travel.
