Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical systems and plant infrastructure.
- Fabricate, modify, and repair custom tooling and jigs to support production line efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical equipment, identifying wear and tear before it impacts operations.
- Operate various fabrication machinery, including welding equipment, lathes, and milling machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and execute timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement facility upgrades and process improvements.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and inventory records for tooling components and spare parts.
- Adhere strictly to Honda’s health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance, fabrication, or manufacturing plant support.
- Proficiency in using power tools, welding equipment, and manual/CNC machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and OSHA compliance practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work in shifts and support overtime requirements as business needs dictate.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to team-based problem solving.
