Are you a hands-on technical professional looking for a stable role in the East? TempServ Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to oversee our Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations during the night shift. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our facility’s environmental compliance and operational efficiency, ensuring that all treatment systems run seamlessly while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.
As a key member of our site team, you will enjoy a structured work environment where your technical expertise in plant maintenance and mechanical repairs will be highly valued. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working independently, managing contractor relationships, and maintaining the meticulous documentation required for industrial-grade water treatment facilities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) systems during night shift hours to ensure consistent performance.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting on pumps, motors, sensors, and filtration equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized servicing, ensuring all activities adhere to safety guidelines and site regulations.
- Execute long-term maintenance overhaul plans to improve equipment lifespan and plant efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and log data into technical documentation and digital checklists accurately.
- Ensure full compliance with NEA and environmental standards for treated effluent discharge.
- Respond promptly to system alarms or operational anomalies to prevent facility downtime.
- Manage inventory of essential spare parts and consumables for daily plant operations.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a facility maintenance, utilities, or WWTP environment.
- Strong working knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pump operations.
- Able to commit to permanent Night Shift schedules in the Loyang area.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a safety-first mindset.
- Good communication skills to manage contractor coordination and shift handovers.
- Willingness to perform manual labor and emergency repairs as required.
