In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the operational integrity of our facility infrastructure. You will work closely with the Facility Engineer to ensure that our plant utilities, safety systems, and production environment meet the highest international standards. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a technical, fast-paced manufacturing environment and is eager to take ownership of preventive maintenance programs and vendor management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Facility Engineer in the planning and execution of comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for plant equipment.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and supervise external contractors and vendors to ensure project delivery aligns with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze utility consumption (electricity, water, gas) to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee the facility's ESD control program to ensure full compliance with electronic manufacturing requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure the facility adheres to all relevant OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) regulations.
- Provide technical training and guidance to technician teams to ensure best practices in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on facility performance, downtime analysis, and maintenance expenditure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in facility management or plant maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of facility utility systems (HVAC, Compressed Air, Electrical distribution, etc.).
- Prior experience in managing ESD programs and facility safety compliance protocols.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between departments and external vendors.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of troubleshooting complex facility issues.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment.
