Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily facility operations to ensure optimal performance of building systems.
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on facility infrastructure and plant utilities.
- Coordinate with external contractors to ensure projects are executed within budget, schedule, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs.
- Assist in the procurement and management of spare parts, tools, and maintenance consumables.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations, OSH standards, and company environmental policies.
- Prepare and update detailed maintenance reports and technical documentation.
- Support emergency repair efforts and provide prompt solutions to minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in facility management or industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS), HVAC, and electrical distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety-first mindset.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
