Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, is seeking a proactive Facility Coordinator to join our team in Jakarta on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.

You will act as the primary point of contact for vendor management, routine maintenance, and workplace support services. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily facility operations, including building maintenance, cleaning, and security services.
- Supervise and monitor third-party vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform regular facility inspections to identify maintenance issues and coordinate timely repairs.
- Manage workplace support tasks, including office supplies inventory and coordination of on-site services.
- Act as the first point of contact for facility-related inquiries and internal support requests.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and building policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, vendor reports, and service expenditures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in facility management, office administration, or property operations.
- Strong working knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting and scheduling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
