- Oversee procurement and maintenance of training facilities and equipment
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for facility upgrades and repairs
- Manage facility inventory and asset tracking systems

- Support event setup and breakdown for training activities
- Monitor facility usage and optimize resource allocation
- Prepare regular facility condition reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in facility management or operations
- Proven experience in procurement and vendor management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience working in remote locations preferred
