In this dynamic role, you'll ensure seamless day-to-day facility operations through proactive monitoring, rapid problem-solving, and meticulous documentation of all building systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of mall facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Identify operational problems and implement immediate corrective actions to minimize disruptions
- Monitor and record facility performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance
- Conduct regular facility inspections and safety audits
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance documentation and logs
- Assist in energy efficiency initiatives and sustainability programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems and operational protocols
- Certification in facility management or related field is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with facility management software and reporting tools
- Valid professional license (e.g., PRC) preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
