Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all facility operations, including project management, installation works, and facility re-layout activities.
- Execute and manage Plant Equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead cost-saving projects and identify opportunities for process optimization and resource efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility systems and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of engineering projects and facility upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, project costs, and progress reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility engineering, plant maintenance, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of plant equipment, HVAC systems, and electrical maintenance procedures.
- Proven experience in project management, including installation, commissioning, and facility re-layout.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and maintenance management systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
