Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of facility technicians, providing technical guidance and support for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all building systems.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance program to maximize equipment uptime and system reliability.
- Monitor and optimize Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure energy efficiency and stringent environmental compliance.
- Manage facility-related capital and expense projects from scope definition and budgeting through vendor management and commissioning.
- Enforce safety protocols, lead incident investigations, and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate EH&S standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory, vendor contracts, and service agreements to control costs and ensure high system availability.
- Partner with production and process engineering teams to support new equipment installations and facility modifications in a dynamic cleanroom environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in facility engineering, maintenance, or operations in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity, managing technical personnel.
- Deep technical knowledge of HVAC systems, cleanroom protocols, electrical distribution, compressed air, and purified water systems.
- Proficiency in CMMS software and Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) for data analysis and system control.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and external contractors.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Professional Engineering (PE/IR) license or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) certification is highly desirable.
