Tanggung Jawab
- Liaise with external parties, including suppliers, contractors, and customers, to resolve facility technical issues promptly.
- Oversee and coordinate facility maintenance activities to ensure optimal building performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of infrastructure, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Implement and monitor safety and security protocols to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory levels of facility supplies and report on asset status.
- Collaborate with customer representatives to address and resolve any facility-related concerns.
- Ensure all facility projects are completed within budget and on time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with facility management software or systems is a plus.
- Valid technical certifications in facility systems are an advantage.
