In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our facility operations, ensuring that our building infrastructure, utilities, and mechanical systems function at peak performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the proactive maintenance, safety compliance, and overall health of our physical plant. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential maintenance needs before they escalate, optimizing utility consumption and maintaining a safe environment for all employees. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular daily inspections and rounds of all building equipment, HVAC systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime of critical equipment.
- Manage minor repairs and oversee larger-scale facility upgrades or renovation projects.
- Monitor and analyze utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) to identify energy-saving opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and facility inventory.
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies and perform troubleshooting to restore operational status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (Professional Regulation Commission - PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facility management or industrial plant maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, CAD drawings, and building schematic diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities regarding equipment troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bagumbayan, Metro Manila with a flexible schedule.
