We are seeking a dedicated Facility Engineer to join our vertically integrated manufacturing team in Ipoh, Perak. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the operational excellence of our high-tech facility, ensuring that our production environment meets the rigorous demands of the photonics industry. You will oversee critical building systems, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support our cutting-edge manufacturing operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize building management systems (BMS) to ensure energy efficiency and optimal environmental conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot facility issues and implement engineering solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, ISO standards, and environmental compliance policies.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and facility documentation.
- Conduct regular safety audits and fire safety drills to ensure a secure working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Facilities Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), HVAC principles, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, schematics, and floor plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and ability to travel within the region.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
