We're seeking a dedicated professional to take full ownership of managing and maintaining all company-wide public facilities and office environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of company facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures
- Manage facility-related budgets and vendor relationships for repairs and renovations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and disaster recovery planning
- Optimize energy consumption and implement sustainability initiatives
- Manage space utilization and coordinate office relocations or expansions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facility Management
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency in CMMS software and facility management tools
- Excellent problem-solving and vendor management skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional off-site visits
